Shipping & Returns
STANDARD DELIVERY
Orders are generally processed within 24-48 business hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Unless an expedited service is requested, your domestic order should arrive in approximately 2-6 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST). We do say estimated delivery because once these packages are in the hands of the carrier, Simplicité has no control when unforeseen transit/weather delays occur. Expedited orders must be placed by 12:30pm (EST), or they will ship the following business day.
Free shipping offer is only valid on domestic orders.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. Orders are not shipped with signature required unless this shipping method is selected at checkout. Simplicité is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped without signature required to confirmed correct delivery address.
We ship worldwide.
You’ll find a choice of first class or priority international shipping options at checkout. Priority shipments generally take 4-7 business days and first class shipments generally take 10-14 business days.
* Additional fees for customs and taxes will be at the responsibility of the customer.
** Simplicité is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from our main service provider to the local carrier in your country.
RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Please email inmysimplicite@simpliciteus.com to initiate a return. In case of a refund the original shipping cost will not be refunded to the customer.
We do not cover return shipping cost.
CONDITIONS:
We do not accept returns on the following items:
- Custom orders, sale, or discount codeitems are not eligible for a return, but we are happy to allow you to exchange the piece (s) or issue you a store credit.
All products must be returned:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Tags attached
- Free from makeup and fake tan
- Free from any scent of deodorant, perfume or washing powder
